This company was started way back in 1987 to manufacturer, on indigenous efforts & technology, a variety of Mechanical Vibration Generating devices having up to date & advanced design, high quality & performance and thereby giving reliability and long working lives. Since then thousands of Electric Motor Vibrators and a variety of Pneumatic Vibrators have been manufactured & supplied to Indian and overseas users directly and through OEM buyers. Our Product Range have being well received and met users’ satisfaction as evident from virtually no complaints, several repeat orders and continued patronage.

Being located in industrial & financial capital of this country and being best connected in every respect, communication, rail & air links, etc., we are easily & quickly accessible to our customers and so are we able to respond and reach the customers for rendering services.

We, M/s. Sinex Primemovers, are engaged in manufacturer of “Mechanical Vibration Generating Machinery”, present range being (a) Unbalance Weight Motorized Vibrators, (b) Pneumatic Piston Vibrators of  both Impact and Inertial types and (c) Pneumatic Rotary Vibra­tors such as Ball and Turbine types. Other varieties like Roller and Roller on Roller etc. are under development. Also devices like Exciters, Electro Magnetic drives are under development.

All the above products are the outcome of totally indigenous develop­ments and have earned for themselves a reputation for being quality products of high reliability.

Sinex products are being used and are popular with an entire gamut in industrial sector like mining, metal manufacturing, fertilizer & chemicals, food & pharma, construction, glass, packaging, bulk material handing etc..

• Manufacturer of replacement 5 hp 1440 rpm wedge mounted motor vibrator for Sweco 72" screen. Supplied to M/s. Century Enka in 1992, report­ed to be working very satisfactory till date.
• Manufacturer of 63 KNt.s 960 rpm motor vibrator as a  replacement  to Mogensen  GmbH  motor vibrator,  supplied to M/s. Essar  Steel  Ltd..  Repeat orders for 8 no.s received subsequently.
• Manufacturer replacement motor vibrator for Jost GmbH model JV-246 and supplied to Thermal Power Plant of M/s. BSES Ltd. Dahanu.
• Developed Wedge mounted motor vibrators for M/s. Sweco India for their range of circular screens.
• Manufactured & supplied 36 KNt.s, 1440 rpm vibro motor for one to one replacement of imported motor vibrator to M/s. Neelanchal Ispat Nigam Ltd.
• Developed and supplied Inertial Piston Vibrators to M/s. Indica as not only an equivalent but infact superior in performance to the imported vibrators.

Sinex  vibro motors have been very well received in virtually  entire spectrum  of industry with high degree of success. They are  working very well on foundry machinery, chemical machinery, material handling equipment etc. etc..

We have 7500 sq. feet workshop area with machinery to carry out almost all manufacturing activities in house except the specilised ones for which we have highly qualified & very well equipped vendors. Our work force & staff, our prime assets, are highly skilled, experienced & dedicated to churn out high quality products and render necessary support our customers for their total satisfaction.

Marketing
1) By ourselves in & around Mumbai and where we have no representation.
2)  Through  representatives at Bangalore, Baroda, Belgaum, Delhi & Indore presently. Representatives in other regions are being appointed.

We  render  technical support to our representatives whenever required  in  the form  of  working out specifications &  recommendations,  undertaking discussions  and site visits for study when special applications  are to be addressed to.

After Sales Service
Till  date for over 16-18 thousand installations of vibro motors and  about 10-12 thousand pneumatic vibrators,  we  had to undertake servicing at site and of  items  re­turned to us on not more than 12-15 occasions, which speaks of the product quality.

Whenever & whatever required, service is rendered by us through our staff.
